“I will never know how you see red and you will never know how I see it” – Displays on the act of viewing.
Merleau-Ponty describes vision as a movement that both extends the body through the act of looking and opens the body to the world through this extension. We see only what we look at. But how do we process visual information, how concious does visual perception work in humans?
We examine our eyes and test functional aspects of the visual system. An Optometrist will guide us through several experiments.
