Amanda Elena Conrad practice is diverse, with Installation, Video – and Sound work as a central focus. The city scape and its inhabitants are often the subject of her work.

Amanda completed her MA at the Berlin University of the Arts in 2018.She studied Fine Art Sculpture at the Alanus University of Art and Social Science in Bonn, Germany, and graduated in 2008 with a BA (hons) in Fine Art Sculpture from the National College of Art and Design, Dublin, Ireland. Her work has been funded by the Fire Station Artist Studios and the Arts Council of Ireland.

She has shown her work both in Germany and Ireland, more recent exhibitions include: Reste, Berlin University of the Arts, Berlin (2018),WET, Bar Babette, Berlin (2018), One Stone Drops Into 2 Ponds – They Were On The Verge Of A Kind Of Change, Acud, Berlin Art Week, Berlin (2017), On Timing and Duration, Berlin University of the Arts, Berlin (2016),You Should have Seen the Mess (solo show), Goethe Institute, Dublin (2013). Her researched based work include the projects: YouTube:’We detected your video may be shaky. Would you like us to stabilize it?’(2016), Art in Context MA, Berlin University of the Arts, Berlin, Unfinished Business, Art in Context MA, Berlin University of the Arts, Berlin (2015), White Noise, Art in Context MA, Berlin University of the Arts, Berlin, (2015).
